What to Tell the Children

Parents need to know what they should tell their children about school. They realize the system is in need of transformation, but they also feel their children need to be going to school. Here are the key messages you should be conversing to your kids.

1. Education is a lifelong process

Going to school is just a part of the process – sometimes one of the smallest parts. There are many priceless skills to learn from school, but never stop pursuing the things you want to learn.

There are Solutions

No one can ever question the great advantage of education in the modern world. It has brought us all much good, only good, predominantly in technological advances that in many ways have increased the quality of our lives. Through our study of the human body and health education we have extended our average life expectancy, almost doubling it from our great grandparents’ day. And it has brought us conveniences in our homes, reducing the hours we must spend at daily chores such as preparing meals, doing laundry and cleaning house.

A Good Beginning Does makes a Good Ending

Any Strength over unmitigated becomes a flaw. For instance, in sales, good speaking skill is a good strength. It is not unusual to see sale people with speaking ability talk too much and talk themselves out of the sales. Their strength got them into it; however, overextended, it turned out to be a weakness and they lose the sales. Listening is strength. Overextended, on the other hand, it could mean that a person listens a lot but does not speak adequate. It develops into a weakness.

Our greatest weak spot can become our greatest strength

Vulnerable Minds

Vulnerable minds get prejudiced by adult behavior and deeds and the media. Peer pressure has an effect on not only children and adolescents; it is also ubiquitous in adults. It shows a lack of confidence when people do not have the nerves to say “No, thank you,” and excuse themselves from negative influences. Now, let us take a look at these negative influences?

God Does Not Create Stupid People

I was in fourth grade when I first realized how painful school could be. I had already discovered how boring and slow paced it was, but I hadn’t quite comprehended the depth of its insensitivity.

Experience Life to its Fullest - You are meant to have an Amazing Life!

You are meant to have everything you love and desire. Your work is meant to be exciting, and you are meant to accomplish all the things you would love to accomplish. Your relationships with your family and friends are meant to be filled with happiness. You are meant to have all the money you need to live a full, wonderful life. You are meant to be living your dreams - all of them! If you want to travel, you are meant to travel. If you would love to start a business, you are meant to start a business.

Reality May Not Always Be What You Want to Hear

Honesty means to be authentic and real opposed to fake and fabricated. Build a repute of being trustworthy. If there is one thing that built by any kind of relationship at home, at work, or socially, it is honesty. Not keeping commitment amounts to deceitful behavior. Honesty instigates openness, trustworthiness and forthrightness. It shows respect for one’s self and others. Honesty is in being, not in appearing to be. Lies may have momentum but truth has continued existence. Integrity is not found in any company catalog or title but in a person’s character.

Courtesy and Manners -- Put into Practice on a Daily Basis

Courtesy is nothing more than consideration for others. It opens doors that would not otherwise open. A courteous person, who is not very astute, will go further in life than an ill-mannered or discourteous but sharp person. It is the little things that make a big difference. Have you ever been bitten by a whale? The most apparent answer is no. Have you ever been bitten by a mosquito? Most of us have. It is the little nuisances that test your endurance. Courtesy is made of nothing more than loads of small gifts.

My Child is Doing Fine but the Biggest Problem is Education

A few days back I was listening to a colleague of mine. He was saying that he thinks the educational system is great. He enjoyed school and did perfectly and he also mentioned that his son is also just like him. His son loves going to school and is at the top of his class. “Some university is going to be fortunate to get him. His career and future is very bright. I don’t understand why people are complaining so much. I think the education system is doing an outstanding job.”

Motivating Yourself and Others can do Wonders

Motivation is the source of power in our lives. It turns up from a craving to accomplish something. Without success there is little gratification in life; no satisfaction or enthusiasm at work and at home. Life becomes like a lopsided wheel giving you a bumpy ride. Let us take a look at those factors which have an effect on motivation.

Factors which may Demotivate
Have you ever wondered why people shift from an initially motivated stage to demotivated? Let’s take a look into some of the Demotivating factors:
